The MEST-DTF white ink heat transfer printer is purpose-built for pattern printing on a wide range of fabrics. In essence, the process works by first printing the image onto a special film — the PET release film — and then transferring it onto the fabric through heat and pressure.
The MEST-DTF is also equipped with a powder shaking unit, which enables rapid processing, drying, and curing of the white ink transfer film while preserving the true colors of the printed design. This seamlessly integrates printing, powder shaking, and curing into a single streamlined workflow.

The MEST-DTF is equipped with Epson printheads, featuring 3,200 nozzles and a resolution of up to 2400 DPI. With variable drop technology, it delivers exceptional detail and color accuracy, with smooth gradation transitions. Additionally, 2–7 printheads are available, with selectable printing modes including standard, fluorescent, and high-speed printing.
Automatic cleaning and automatic capping prevent nozzle clogging, while the white ink circulation system ensures consistent ink flow and eliminates sedimentation. THK silent linear guides and a vacuum suction platform guarantee precise, distortion-free printing.
Equipped with a color touchscreen and an intuitive control panel, the printer offers a user-friendly interface that ensures efficient and hassle-free operation.
