With octagonal cups and irregular bottle shapes, conventional processes struggle to evenly cover intricate edges and corners, often resulting in pattern distortion and loss of fine details.
The MEST Cylindrical UV Printer targets industry pain points head-on with its 360° seamless rotary printing technology, delivering a one-stop solution for personalized customization of irregular cylindrical products such as cups and bottles.
Equipped with 360° all-round rotary printing technology, the printer offers a choice between two high-precision printheads – Ricoh and Epson. Color patterns are achieved in a single pass, with a printing speed of up to 45 seconds per piece and a print resolution of up to 1200 DPI.
The number of printheads is customizable from 1 to 6, with synchronized output of white, CMYK, and gloss varnish – plus a metallic gold varnish option. This enables effects including gradients, gold foil stamping, and 3D embossing, delivering exceptional color reproduction and surface finish that stays true to the original design.
Equipped with a tilt control button, the printer allows flexible adjustment of the printing angle from -5° to +8° to accommodate various product shapes. It supports high-gap printing of up to 0–15 mm, and combined with seamless splicing technology, it significantly expands the range of applicable products.
The printer supports printing on a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, plastic, ceramics, and matte or glossy coated surfaces. With zone-based temperature control, it ensures strong adhesion of the printed patterns.
