Before, we used to fully rely on external factories for our large orders, but it often led to delays and inconsistent quality. Switching to the MEST Vision UV printer was a game-changer. It improved our production speed, cut costs, and gave us better control over quality.

We select printers based on customer needs. The MEST machines stand out for their high recognition accuracy and fast speed — ideal for mass production. For example, one board can print over 700 fridge magnets, with daily output exceeding 10,000 units. 

As customers now expect much shorter lead times, the MEST-1612V has greatly improved our efficiency. One person can easily operate two machines, completing a batch in just 40 minutes.

For years, our 5 MEST dispensing machines reliably handled point coloring. However, surging order volumes and tighter deadlines exposed bottlenecks in our drying and post-processes (ribbons, packing). MEST's proven quality and support made them our first choice when developing their Visual UV Printer. We pre-ordered and purchased 2 units last year. It was transformative: UV curing eliminated drying delays, and integrated printing drastically reduced manual steps. This significantly boosted throughput to meet demand. Impressed by the impact, we purchased additional units this year.
